Forbes’ web3 team (Forbes Web3) is planning to roll out a blockchain-based loyalty platform in partnership with the qiibee foundation, according to a Monday press release shared by the team. The platform, set to launch later this year, seeks to transform how web3 communities interact with brands through innovative rewards.
“We are developing a loyalty program that not only rewards our users but also offers meaningful and tangible benefits,” said Taha Ahmed, Forbes’ Chief Growth Officer.
The loyalty program will feature a diverse range of products, including gift cards for major brands like Amazon and Apple, charity donations, and airline miles, the team noted, adding that the move aims to enhance the purchasing power of Forbes Web3 consumers.
“From shopping and travel to philanthropy, our members will be able to redeem rewards that align with their values and interests,” Ahmed stated.
The integration of blockchain technology ensures a transparent and secure environment for users to earn, track, and redeem rewards across a growing network of partners. Thanks to blockchain, rewards will integrate seamlessly into users’ everyday lives, according to Forbes Web3.
The qiibee foundation provides the technical foundation and expertise to build a robust and innovative loyalty program for Forbes Web3 users.
The foundation specializes in using blockchain to create and manage loyalty tokens. It has integrated tailored loyalty programs with various partners, allowing users to redeem points for a wide range of rewards.

Forbes Web3 said that attendees of the Crypto Carnival event in Singapore on September 19 during Singapore Token2049 will get a sneak peek at the new loyalty platform.
In addition, as part of the preview, attendees will receive FOR3 points, which can be used to redeem rewards on the platform. The team stated that the full launch of the platform will offer even more benefits to the entire Forbes Web3 community.
Apart from that, holders of Forbes Legacy Pass will also enjoy exclusive perks, such as priority rewards and benefits on the new platform, said Forbes Web3.
The latest announcement comes shortly after Forbes revealed its partnership with OKX to provide selected users of OKX with fast-track access to Forbes’ web3 community. The strategic move targets connecting on-chain content creators, builders, and innovators, enhancing their engagement in the evolving space.
As part of the collaboration, OKX users have the opportunity to obtain the Legacy Pass NFT, a digital collectible that grants access to a membership club uniting prominent figures in the web3 space.
